Job Title: Line Cook / Culinary Creator

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic Line Cook who is ready to step up, take pride in their station, and bring fresh energy to our kitchen. What You’ll Do

  • Execute with Excellence: Master our line—handling fryers, the flat top, and sauté stations with confidence, speed, and precision during peak hours.
  • Bring Ideas to the Table: Collaborate with the team on fresh weekly specials, menu additions, and inventive dish ideas that complement our craft cocktail lineup.
  • Master the Detail: Maintain high presentation standards; every plate that leaves the window should look and taste exceptional.
  • Keep It Spotless: Hold high standards for kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, food safety, and station organization.
  • Own the Vibe: Work closely with a tight-knit, supportive team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years of line cook experience preferred.
  • Station Mastery: Proven proficiency running fryers, flat-top grills, and sauté stations simultaneously.
  • Creativity: A genuine passion for food, flavor combinations, and experimentation.
  • Pride in the Prep: High attention to detail, food prep quality, and cleanliness.
  • Team First: A solid work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
