We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and creative bartender/server who wants to work for a place where we encourage creative individuals who like to come up with unique cocktails.

What You’ll Do

  • Craft & Innovate: Design unique, seasonal cocktail menus using our award-winning line of craft spirits. You’ll have the creative freedom to experiment, test new recipes, and build signature drinks.
  • Guest Experience: Deliver warm, memorable service that turns everyday visitors into lifelong regulars. Your primary goal is to leave every guest happier than when they walked in.
  • Master High-Volume Service: Efficiently work the bar and floor during peak hours, multi-tasking without sacrificing quality, presentation, or hospitality.
  • Educate & Share: Share the story behind our spirits, guide guests through tastings, and make thoughtful recommendations based on their flavor preferences.
  • Maintain Quality & Cleanliness: Help keep the bar clean, stocked, compliant, and organized at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for craft spirits, cocktail trends, and mixology.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced bartending or high-volume service role.
  • A naturally positive, customer-first attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm, efficient, and friendly under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak holiday shifts.
  • Must meet minimum state age requirements for serving alcohol and possess required server/bartender certifications.
